Martin is a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer and has been working in the Funeral/Cemetery industry for the last 17 years. His deep knowledge of the cemetery and funeral rules and procedures, coupled with his industry sales experience brought added benefits to our valued clients and sales team.
Aligned with our goals to centralize our sales and marketing activities, Martin is acting as head of our sales teams. He oversees the planning, management and implementation of our sales strategies and business initiatives, as well as promoting and strengthening our corporate image.
The second Carrier family member to lead the company as its chief executive, Louis-Philippe Carrier has more than 20 years of experience in the funeral construction industry. In his current role, Louis-Philippe directs the company’s strategic planning efforts, oversees all divisions and activities, as well as manages all sales for CMC CANADA and CMC USA. Louis-Philippe joined CMC in 1992 and has worked in nearly all roles, both in the field and in the office since its debut. He has extensive experience with all facets of construction and project management, manufacturing, operations, as well as sales leadership.
Johnny Carrier founded CMC in 1984. In his current role, Johnny is the Chairman of the Board for CMC’s Advisory Committee, and remains involved in the company’s strategic planning efforts. Johnny has been an industry-leading builder of mausoleums since 1979. He is the proud recipient of numerous awards and recognitions. Since founding the company, Johnny has patented many mausoleum construction techniques and features.
Ken joined CMC in 2008, and manages client service and business development activities for CMC in the Western regions of Canada and the United States. He has over 35 years of business-to-business sales experience. Ken has worked on a wide variety of project types including glass front niches and all types of columbaria development, as well as many years experience selling bronze products, and more. Additionally, Ken is highly instrumental in developing and managing CMC’s corporate accounts within the United States.
